We are seeking a senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join Anthropic's Workplace and Real Estate team to lead strategic planning, portfolio optimization, and a team of real estate professionals across our global footprint. This high-impact role will develop comprehensive real estate strategies, conduct rigorous market and financial analyses, and deliver executive-level recommendations to our CFO and senior leadership. The Real Estate Portfolio Manager will oversee a team including a Real Estate Program Manager and an Occupancy Planning/Lease Administration specialist, building a high-performing function that brings the strategic rigor and analytical sophistication of established corporate real estate organizations
