About the Role We’re looking for a Forward-Deployed Product Manager to serve as the key bridge between our clients and internal product and engineering teams. You’ll play a vital role in extracting requirements, managing communications, and supporting successful deployments led by the technical team. This client-facing, high-context role focuses on clarity, alignment, and speed. What You’ll Do Gather and Clarify Requirements Work directly with clients to understand business needs and pain points Translate those needs into clear, prioritized requirements for engineers Own the Client Relationship Act as the main point of contact for client-facing conversations during onboarding, scoping, and delivery Proactively manage expectations, timelines, and feedback loops. Support Internal Teams Provide context and clarity to engineers to help ensure smooth delivery. Ensure alignment between what was requested, what’s being built, and what’s being shipped. Build Repeatab
