Sales Operations Analyst, 6-month contract Location: Hybrid in NYC (3 day in-office requirement)
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or a similar analytical role
- Some hands-on experience using analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL queries and Google Sheets/Excel to analyse and interpret data
- Good working knowledge of Salesforce, with exposure to complimentary tools such as Gong and Clari
- Experience working in a SaaS or subscription-based business (strong advantage)
- Proven track record of maintaining data integrity across complex systems
- Experience supporting process improvement, documentation or change initiatives
