Senior Technical Writer

In this role, you will help us improve the Sisense developer experience via documentation, including code examples and tutorials. You will be responsible for creating, publishing, and maintaining user-centric developer documents from concept to code. You will partner with product managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to build API/developer documentation, including samples and more. You will be responsible for the end-to-end content creation process, including content strategy, IA design, AI audits, writing, editing, reviews, and publication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the content strategy, Information Architecture (IA) design, and maintenance for the developer documentation site.
• Drive a "Clean Sweep" initiative to overhaul the information architecture for both human and AI developers and migrate content to the new Docusaurus-based infrastructure (possible to use a different platform if preferable).
• Implement an "AI-First Design" strategy, using llm.txt standards and structured solution summaries to ensure content is legible
