We seek an experienced, passionate new team member to lead the day-to-day management of live tokenized asset funds on our platform. You will be the operational backbone for investment products like JTRSY and JAAA, ensuring seamless flows between traditional finance and DeFi. You will play a pivotal part in building out a next-generation onchain asset management platform, leveraging both traditional financial rigor and a proactive openness to integrating automated, agentic processes. You will also work closely with your peers in Product and Engineering to optimize and develop our platform.
- Execute daily fund flows: Coordinate stablecoin settlements, oversee tokenized share issuance (using ERC-4626 and ERC-7540), manage complex smart contract interactions, and operate MPC wallet workflows: transaction policies, whitelists, and multisig approvals.
- Manage DeFi liquidity & routing: Direct cross-chain liquidity and connect our tokenized RWA products into broader DeFi protocols, navigating ecosystems like Sky, Aave, and Morpho.
- Build intelligent monitoring: Design workflows that automate complex reconciliations between onchain and offchain systems, analyze wallet activity, token flows, and DeFi transactions to surface operational and strategic insights, monitor liquidity pool health, and streamline regulatory reporting.
- Oversee risk & financial reporting: Maintain precise transaction logs, prepare daily/monthly financial reports, interact with the fund administrator on fee/cost accounting, track fund performance metrics, and build intelligent alerting systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work alongside the Operations, Product, and Engineering teams. You will translate the nuanced needs of asset managers into clear feedback and requirements that improve the Centrifuge platform.
- TradFi Foundation: 1+ years of core experience in traditional fund operations, accounting, or financial analysis, giving you the context needed to manage valuations, accruals, and investor reporting.
- DeFi Fluency: 1+ years of hands-on experience navigating onchain transactions, decentralized liquidity pools, and cross-chain bridges. Comfort operating MPC wallets or multi-sig tooling (e.g., Fireblocks, Safe) and reading onchain data directly (Dune, Etherscan, Tenderly). You understand how capital moves across the ecosystem and settles natively.
- AI & Automation Readiness: Proficiency in data management (Excel, DBs) combined with basic scripting skills (Python, JS, etc.) or a demonstrated ability to leverage LLMs and AI agents to parse financial data and automate workflows.
- Attention to detail when validating accounting packages, tracking onchain events, auditing transaction logs, and interacting directly with smart contracts.
