The Operations Assistant plays a key role in coordinating logistics, assisting with compliance and safety protocols, and facilitating communication to ensure smooth and reliable maritime operations. This role will support the seamless execution of maritime operations by ensuring that daily activities are well-coordinated and aligned with operational requirements. This role is essential in enhancing operational efficiency and upholding the high standards expected within the marine industry. Documentation and Reporting – Accountable for accurate and timely documentation of operational records. Preparation of vital operational documents, ensure adherence to regulations, and generate reports to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. Regulatory Compliance – Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standard such as license renewal, NOCs, vessel insurance and other requirements. Maintain comprehensive recor
